4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to eligible addresses in the United States, subject to product and delivery restrictions.

Our shipping information provides an estimated processing time of 1–3 business days and estimated transit time of 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or mandatory fees will be disclosed as required by law. Please check the total displayed at checkout before completing your order.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If your order is delayed, damaged, missing, or delivered incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and explain the available next steps.

5. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped may be eligible for cancellation under our Order Cancellation Policy. A request is not confirmed until we have reviewed the order and notified you of the outcome.

Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be cancelled through the pre-shipment cancellation process. You may be eligible to request a return after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Where a cancellation is accepted and a refund is due, it will be processed according to the applicable policy. Your payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Refunds for eligible ordinary returns are generally initiated within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary by payment provider or financial institution.
